Spanish Flavour, Territory Produce, Unforgettable Dining


For four nights only, Melbourne’s iconic MoVida returns to the Top End for an exclusive collaboration with Charlie’s of Darwin.

 

After selling out last year, Chef Frank Camorra and the MoVida team are back with a specially curated 9-dish shared menu that brings together the bold, vibrant flavours of Spain with the very best of Northern Territory produce.

 

Expect an immersive dining experience centred around premium local seafood, exceptional produce and the warm, lively spirit MoVida has become famous for. Thoughtfully paired flavours, generous shared plates and a menu designed to celebrate the sea, all in the heart of Darwin.

'Blend Your Own' Gin Masterclass
Feeling like a mad scientist?


Why not treat yourself to an evening of fun tasting, creating & blending your own Gin recipe.



Guests will be welcomed to a drink on arrival. Once seated, you’ll then learn how to blend a selection of Darwin Distilling Co. unique botanicals to create four gin tastings.

Once you have mastered the art and picked your favourite we will blend a 500ml bottle of your own signature gin to take home and enjoy.
