This Mother’s Day, gather around the table for a beautifully curated lunch designed to be shared. Enjoy a 10-dish menu that showcases the very best of Territory produce, thoughtfully crafted to create a memorable dining experience.
On arrival, each guest will be welcomed with a signature spritz made with our house-distilled gin, a refined start to an afternoon centred around Mum.
For families joining us, a 2-course kids menu is available, along with a colouring competition to keep little hands busy while you settle in and savour the moment together.
As a final touch, every booking goes into the draw to
win two tickets to the Top End Gin Festival
and a bottle of our Darwin Distilling Co. Gin.

'Blend Your Own' Gin Masterclass
Feeling like a mad scientist?
Why not treat yourself to an evening of fun tasting, creating & blending your own Gin recipe.
Guests will be welcomed to a drink on arrival. Once seated, you’ll then learn how to blend a selection of Darwin Distilling Co. unique botanicals to create four gin tastings.
Once you have mastered the art and picked your favourite we will blend a 500ml bottle of your own signature gin to take home and enjoy.
