Feeling like a mad scientist?
Why not treat yourself to an evening of fun tasting, creating & blending your own Gin recipe.
Guests will be welcomed to a drink on arrival. Once seated, you’ll then learn how to blend a selection of Darwin Distilling Co. unique botanicals to create four gin tastings.
Once you have mastered the art and picked your favourite we will blend a 500ml bottle of your own signature gin to take home and enjoy.

$398 per couple including 4-course set menu and gin blending masterclass.
Looking to treat someone special? Add a bottle of Pol Roger Champagne to be served to your table on arrival for just $130.
Two dinner sittings available: Early from 5:00pm, 5.15pm & 5.30pm and Late from 8:15pm.
The Gin Blending Masterclass commences at 6:00pm, with dinner served from 8:15pm.
